Finishing

Dinesen floors are always delivered unfinished, and after installation, the floors need sanding and a main finish. The finish will protect the planks against dirt and impoverishment and also form a membrane to protect against and avoid direct wear on the plank. Sanding as well as finishing must be done carefully to achieve the desired result. Therefore, Dinesen recommends that the work is done by a floor sanding specialist. Dinesen Oak can hereafter be treated with oil or lacquer.
