More than 800 m2 of Dinesen Douglas floors form an elegant setting for the art in the gallery. The inspiration came from the Saatchi Gallery in London, where the characteristic long and wide Dinesen Douglas floorboards are laid crosswise in the room. This also proved to be the perfect solution for the main gallery room at Galerie Forsblom.

The discrete lines of the long and wide planks are expanding the room and at the same time directing attention visually to the art on display. The planks also provide a simple, light and calm expression that complements the architecture and offers a perfect setting for the works of art.
