Noma LA — A pop-up residency in Los Angeles, USA
Noma LA serves a food story only they know how to tell
In the spring of 2026, the culinary world’s gaze turns west as Noma embarks on a pop-up residency in Los Angeles, California — Noma LA — running for sixteen weeks from 11 March to 26 June 2026.
A bold exploration of place and palate, Noma LA adopts the vast and vibrant landscapes of Southern California, listening to the unique rhythms of local producers, foragers and traditions to shape a menu that is distinctly of its setting yet unmistakably Noma in spirit. The experience, offered in the Silver Lake neighbourhood, brings together Noma’s pioneering approach to ingredients with the rich cultural tapestry of Los Angeles.

Deep respect for natural materials
Since 2012, Dinesen has been a partner to Noma, supplying high-quality wooden floors and interior solutions that speak to both beauty and authenticity. Beginning with the wooden floors at Noma’s original location in Copenhagen and continuing through Noma 2.0, this collaboration has grown over more than a decade to reflect shared values: a deep respect for natural materials, thoughtful craftsmanship, and spaces that enhance the experience.
In each space where Noma has chosen to nestle, the choice of Dinesen has been deliberate, extending beyond a surface underfoot to a testament to atmosphere and honesty. That narrative continues in Los Angeles.

Layers Oak flooring in the glass pavilion
For Noma LA, Dinesen supplies Layers Oak flooring for the remarkable glass pavilion at the restaurant's heart. Here, natural light, cuisine and conversation converge, inviting guests into an environment of elegance and grounded connection. This installation encapsulates the marriage of design and nature, and the power of finely crafted materials to shape memorable experiences.

A moment of shared purpose
Noma’s journey to Los Angeles is an exchange of ideas, flavours and philosophies. Dinesen’s continued collaboration with Noma reflects this ethos of curiosity and connection, rooted in the belief that great food and great spaces are both shaped by their origins.
As Noma LA opens its doors and welcomes diners from around the world, we are both inspired and humbled to be part of this chapter.
