Behind Roc Nation’s new, calm interior one will find Willo Perron. Willo Perron is the creative force behind jaw-dropping stage sets for the likes of Rihanna, Kanye West, Lady Gaga, Drake, Florence + the Machine, Kendrick Lamar, Travis Scott, and a host of other global superstars.

And now he has set the tone for Roc Nation’s new cool LA office. Willo Perron is the creative director, and partner in the firm Perron-Roettinger, and the vision for the office was to keep it serene and calm, setting a cool ambiance for the place.
“I didn’t want it to feel like a caricatured media or management office, with music blaring and video screens everywhere. I wasn’t interested in that kind of sensory over-load. I wanted to do the opposite, to create a zen environment conducive to ideas and conversation, a space where you can actually think.”
To play against the calm interior, art works by primarily African American artists stand out from the backdrop of hushed plaster walls and sleek glass enclosures.
For the executive wing, where concrete floors segue to Dinesen Heart Oak, Perron boosted the level of refinement while maintaining the largely monochromatic palette and pervasive air of restrained luxury.
