Solid planks laid in a herringbone pattern is a timeless solution. Choosing large dimensions in the individual oak planks takes the classic pattern to new heights with an impressive expression and an elegant look.A distinctive graphic pattern that takes on even more character in large plank dimensions. Where a traditional herringbone pattern has broken lines, a chevron pattern gives you a floor with more uniform and clear lines. The mosaic pattern is a classic solution where a series of planks are laid horizontally and vertically to form a pattern that most of all resembles a chessboard. The pattern can be individually customised and attracts attention with its extraordinary dimensions. The planks are laid in a bond by arranging rectangular planks in displaced lanes next to each other. A traditional solution that creates a smooth transition and a beautiful interplay between the solid planks.Square planks are laid side by side in straight lines so the joints end up forming a grid. You can also choose a diagonal pattern where the planks are laid in a 45-degree angle, turning the square planks into diamonds.

The floor will require regular repeat treatments with oil to maintain the seal.See how to maintain your Dinesen floorFloor lacquerThe lacquer seals the surface completely, and the floor only needs to be washed with Dinesen Cleaner when it needs cleaning. If the lacquer is penetrated, the floor will need to be relacquered to prevent damage to the floor. Any scratches and dents will be permanent until the floor is sanded and lacquered again.
